…lazy about doing lineart. I’m still working on a style. I contemplated on studying BJDs and just drawing them. Maybe this style one will do. Idk. Hah. To be honest, traced the BJD. I know, shame, but I wanted to get the shading right even though it’s a bit off.

I already asked the artist if I could post this and she said it was all good.

For realz though. I fail at trying to keep a sketch blog. I even forgot the password and email for this account. I remembered though. haha.

But the important thing is, I’m back and I have a mediocre sketch right here:

I changed my signature to what’s on my driver’s license…haha.

I’m working on the CG right now. Going to attempt a new style so look forward to a finished CG soon. It doesn’t take me a long time to CG and I worry about that. I think I need to work on spending time on my art instead of rushing and doing a crappy job.

I also need to reinstall PS CS2. xD

So I took the pose from the first sketch I posted in this blog and basically made a person out of him. I gave him the name: Hiroyuki.

HIROYUKI (博之): Japanese name meaning “widespread happiness.”

The name came to me last night while I was daydreaming about some random guy. haha… YEAH, that’s right, random guys pop into my head also…but only the very feminine ones!

I gave Hiroyuki his name before I found out what it meant…I should draw him smiling more. But yeah, Hiroyuki is very feminine yet masculine at the same time. Like Cecil Harvey!

Yeah, no, I did not draw this, but I thought the artist did a really good job in portraying who Cecil really was here. And this picture probably is the best of him in his dark knight form. Well, to me. > _>

Back to the sketch, his face is still not anatomically correct, but I still like it. He seems a bit too masculine in my eyes. It’s like the front view of him doesn’t match the back…which it doesn’t. Maybe I should draw him even more skinnier next time. haha…I think I will be drawing more of Hiroyuki. <3

…but I felt like writing something right now. haha. I actually do have a sketch that I’ve been working on for a couple days. To be honest, it’s just been open on SAI on my laptop. I just have had no inspiration to finish it.

Anyways, I will be posting up these “30 second pose” drawings from http://posemaniacs.com/. They’re basically a set of random poses and you have like 30 seconds to do them. The awesome thing about it is if 30 secs. is too short for you then you can add more time to it. Mine is set to 90 secs. LOL. I’m thinking about start at 90 secs then gradually decrease the time. Oh fun. haha.
